3PL Sales Executive:
The 3PL Sales Executive will trigger the customer market and build new relationships. This position includes heavy cold calling to find hot leads and form long-lasting relationships. The sales executive receives full operational support from the carrier team, but have the opportunity to manage freight throughout the entire process. The ideal candidate is hard-working, motivated and looking to make a career in logistics.
- Responsibilities include prospecting of leads, heavy cold calling to build the pipeline and strong account management to retain and grow accounts.
- Position requires strong relationship building skills, negotiating power and ability to multi-task.
- Heavy price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
- Develop and execute a field sales Business Plan that will achieve corporate revenue goals.
- Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
- Meet or Exceed Sales quota as defined by the Company.
- 2-6 years of experience in similar role.
- Hunter mentality.
- Energetic, hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit.
