Our client, the first invite-only load board for cross-border Mexico freight, launched in April 2024 by freight industry veterans. Their product simplifies the cross-border freight experience and has helped drive the historic rise of nearshoring and growing demand for improved cross-border logistics. Over 60 logistics companies leverage this company to get loads booked faster with greater transparency and a trusted network of carriers. Our client has raised nearly $10M since starting in October 2023 from investors such as Primary Venture Partners, Ironspring Ventures, Zenda Capital, Wischoff Ventures, and RyderVentures.

Our client is looking for a Carrier Account Executive - Border Partnerships to build and expand their relationships across the freight industry with a specific focus on the El Paso, Juarez, and Chihuahua markets.

Our client is looking for a Carrier Account Executive - Border Partnerships to build and expand their relationships across the freight industry with a specific focus on the El Paso, Juarez, and Chihuahua markets.
Job Type: Full-time/work from home
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with trucking companies, freight brokerages, and customs brokerages in key markets.
- Be the go-to for all platform engagement and user growth including getting new companies excited and onboarded and ensuring existing customers are getting the most out of the product.
- Be the first point of contact for customer feedback and collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to incorporate critical user feedback.
- Represent Company and be the face of the company both at the border and in key Mexican markets.
- Participate in industry events to evangelize and promote the company.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the freight industry, with experience specifically in cross border freight between the US and Mexico
- Experience in a business development or customer success capacity, building and growing relationships
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong preference for candidates with existing relationships in the Brownsville market
