Cradle to Grave Sales Executive
Our client is seeking an experienced Cradle to Grave Sales Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in freight brokerage. In this position you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time/Work from home

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
  • Negotiate rates and secure competitive pricing for transportation services.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of freight transactions, from quoting to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics solutions.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a freight agent or in a similar role within the logistics industry preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of freight markets, transportation regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
