E-Commerce Fulfillment Account Manager
As the E-Commerce Fulfillment Account Manager, you will address day-to-day client needs while also managing various client projects, acting as the primary liaison between customers and all internal departments. This role encompasses diverse responsibilities essential for ensuring seamless client operations.

Job Type: Full-time/Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships founded on service, trust, transparency, and ongoing communication.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop and implement account-specific strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Address client inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
  • Create and document client programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage administrative settings in the web order portal and communicate changes to the development team, overseeing item setup and image imports.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, proactively implementing procedures to mitigate future problems.
  • Attend internal and external client meetings, conducting regular business reviews to boost client engagement.
  • Ensure timely invoicing for clients.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in 3PL fulfillment, mailing, e-commerce and/or the promotional industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrates an Account Ownership mindset, overseeing project work and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
  • Well-organized and capable of multi-tasking, meet project deadlines, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Quick learner who adapts to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.
