Our client is looking for an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This position will receive truckers, coordinate priorities, communicate with customers, generate Bills of Lading, etc. The person in this role needs to be able to work in an organized manner with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls.
- Generate Material Receipt Reports.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound trucks waiting to be unloaded/loaded.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- High school degree is required.
- At least 2 years of Logistics experience is required.
- Familiar with trucking and/or warehousing industry.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
