Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist
This individual will be responsible for researching furniture stores across the country, identifying potential business opportunities, and making outbound calls daily to generate leads. The primary goal is to connect with decision-makers and secure interest for our client’s sales team to follow up on, ultimately helping them expand their customer base in the transportation and logistics industry.

Job Type: Full-time/Work from home

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on furniture stores nationwide to identify potential business prospects.
  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls and emails daily to introduce our client’s transportation services and gauge interest.
  • Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations to understand their delivery and logistics needs.
  • Qualify leads by gathering key information and determining their potential as a future client.
  • Set up appointments or pass along warm leads to the sales team for follow-up and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine lead generation tactics.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM software or call tracking tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the furniture industry and/or transportation & logistics is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
