Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator is a multi-functional role that will be responsible for
many different areas of the supply chain.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Track and trace shipments and provide updates to clients and sales with exceptional communication.
  • Dispatch shipments and work closely with freight carriers to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all logistics vendors.
  • Manage inventory tracking for our eCommerce/ wholesale line and various partners to provide visibility to multiple stakeholders and ensure data integrity.
  • Daily interaction and communication with our 3PL warehouses, ensuring that inventory, orders, and returns are moving efficiently and accurately as expected.
  • Create purchase orders and pull purchase orders as needed for various projects.
  • Investigate claims and discrepancies, identifying root causes. Initiate/implement corrective action.
  • Support ad hoc Operations and Logistics projects as needed.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.
  • 1-3 years domestic or international transportation, inventory planning, and/or warehousing experience in a consumer goods industry or working directly for a 3PL provider.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
  • Proactive problem identification and solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications. (Preferred strong Microsoft Excel skill)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Organized & detail oriented.
  • Inventory analyst skill preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision, including problem-solving.
  • Needs to be flexible to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities
  • Customer satisfaction and service attitude with strong people skills.
