National Sales Executive
The National Sales Executive is part of a hyper focused sales team going after a specific subset of shippers. In this position you will be strategically developing a customer base of highly strategic mid-market accounts that value relationship and execution. You will be pursuing these customers with the backing and support of our client’s highly trained operational experts to collaboratively ensure execution upon the promises made to customers.

Job Type: Full-time/Work from home

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new customer partners through a combination of marketing, emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
  • Taking a deep dive on targeted customer needs in the market.
  • Confidently leading meetings and conference calls with potential and existing customer targets.
  • Working with internal resources to create solutions for prospects.
  • Negotiating through pricing exercise and RFP’s.
  • Strategically onboarding new customers into verticalized operations teams.
  • Successfully executing on all client needs while demonstrating solid decision-making skills to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks.

Experience:
  • An experienced sales professional with 5+ years of sales experience.
  • A self-starter with the ability to consistently hit or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excitement around the logistics industry and a passion for the product you are selling.
  • Unwavering persistence in landing new business.
  • A solution-oriented mindset.
  • A problem solver.
  • Consultative in nature.
  • A highly effective communicator.
  • Willing to travel to customers 30% of the time.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
